This is a shared safari targeting travelers on a budget. You will join other travelers from different races with the same agenda to visit the Masai Mara for three days. Since this is a budget safari, everyone in the group will follow this itinerary. Accommodation is budget, but the rooms are comfortable and self-contained.
Masai Mara National Reserve is part of the vast Serengeti plains, famous for its spectacular great wildebeest migration. It is home to the Big Five: lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino.
Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the greatest wildernesses in the world. Large mammals are varied and easy to see. The wild animals found in the parks are Masai giraffes, buffalo, elands and thousands of plain game including impalas, zebras, and both Thomson’s and Grants gazelles.
What to do
The many activities Masai Mara offers range from budget to luxurious experiences. They include hot air balloon flights, game drives, a visit to a Masai village, Sundowners, and nature hikes with the Masai people.
