Discover Kenya’s Top Safari Destinations

A Kenya safari experience offers one of the most unforgettable ways to explore Africa. From vast savannahs filled with wildlife to peaceful lakes and breathtaking mountain views, every moment feels magical.

This Kenya safari experience takes you through Kenya’s most iconic destinations, combining adventure, relaxation, and authentic wildlife encounters.

The Magic of the Masai Mara

The Masai Mara is where safari dreams come to life. Endless plains stretch as far as the eye can see, dotted with acacia trees and roaming wildlife. It’s one of the best places in the world to witness the Big Five, lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino in their natural habitat.

If you visit during the migration season, you may witness one of nature’s greatest spectacles the Great Migration, where thousands of wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River in a dramatic fight for survival.

Game drives here are nothing short of breathtaking. Every turn brings a new surprise, lions lounging in the grass, elephants moving gracefully across the plains, or cheetahs scanning the horizon. Lake Nakuru: A Bird Lover’s Paradise

Lake Nakuru offers a completely different kind of beauty. Known for its vibrant birdlife, the lake often shimmers pink with flamingos along its shores.

But it’s not just about birds—Lake Nakuru National Park is also one of the best places in Kenya to see both black and white rhinos. The park’s compact size makes wildlife spotting easier, and you may even come across elusive tree-climbing lions.

The scenery here is stunning, with forested areas, waterfalls, and sweeping lake views creating a peaceful yet exciting safari atmosphere. Lake Naivasha: Serenity Meets Adventure

After the thrill of game drives, Lake Naivasha offers a refreshing change of pace. Surrounded by lush greenery and calm waters, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.

A boat ride across the lake brings you up close to hippos and a wide variety of birdlife. For a more immersive experience, a walking safari at Crescent Island allows you to walk among giraffes, zebras, and antelopes—an experience that feels both thrilling and surreal.

Naivasha is where safari meets tranquility.

Itinerary

Day 1

Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

This morning, we shall pick you up from your hotel at 7:00 am and drive through the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve. This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains, famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migration, and is home to the Big Five: lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino.

You will arrive in time for lunch, after lunch, relaxation, and then leave for an afternoon game drive.

Dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Masai Mara National Reserve

Early morning breakfast, then embark on a full day game drive with a packed lunch, viewing the great predators and exploring the park's amazingly high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals, plus the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs.
During the stay, we also have an opportunity to visit a Maasai village (extra cost of $20) to witness the singing and dancing of the Maasai people that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience.

Dinner and your overnight stay at the camp.

Day 3

Masai Mara - Nakuru

After breakfast, we drive to Nakuru, picnic lunch en route, across the equator, southwards of Bogoria, lies the Rift Valley's most famous lake, Nakuru. Known all over the world for its flamingos, it's alkaline and is recognized as being one of the natural wonders of the world. Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, harbouring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos, but the flamingos, of course, have always been the main attraction. At times, there may be almost 2 million flamingos in the residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lakeshore.

Arrival later in the evening, dinner, and overnight stay

Day 4

Lake Nakuru National Park - Naivasha

After breakfast, you will have an exciting game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is home to stunning flocks of lesser and greater flamingos, which literally turn the lake shores into a magnificent pink stretch. The birdlife here is world-renowned, with over 400 bird species, including white pelicans, plovers, egrets, and marabou storks. It is also one of the few places in Africa where visitors can see the white and black rhinos and the rare Rothschild giraffe.

After lunch, drive to Lake Naivasha and take a boat ride to Crescent Island (optional). The island hosts an abundance of wildlife, including giraffes, defassa waterbucks, wildebeests, Thompson's gazelles, Burchell's zebras, and impalas, among others. After the experience, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 5

Naivasha - Amboseli

After breakfast, you will proceed to Hell's Gate, the only park where you can ride a bike(optional). After cycling, we depart for Amboseli for lunch on the way.

Arrive in Amboseli in the evening, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 6

Amboseli National Park

After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive in the breathtaking Amboseli National Park, renowned for its vast plains set against the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro—the tallest peak in Africa. The park offers unparalleled opportunities for wildlife viewing, particularly its large herds of free-ranging elephants, often photographed with the snow-capped mountain as a magnificent backdrop. As you traverse the park’s varied landscapes of savannah, swamps, and acacia woodlands, you’ll encounter a wide range of wildlife including lions, cheetahs, zebras, and an impressive variety of bird species. Midday, enjoy a freshly prepared picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the park, where you can relax and take in the tranquil surroundings. After lunch, continue exploring Amboseli’s diverse ecosystems, capturing unforgettable moments of wildlife in their natural habitat. As the sun sets, return to your camp for an exquisite dinner and a peaceful evening under the African sky.

The crisp morning air and golden light make for exceptional photography moments.

You will then depart from Amboseli and enjoy a scenic drive back to Nairobi.
